Mine has developed a 'whistle' and I'm pretty sure something dropped out of the bottom of it just before it started. Looked like a piece of foam/rubber or something about 5-6 cms long. My guess is that it was some kind of insulation or something but the dealer I spoke to today said he didn't know of anything like that in the mirror..... Any ideas? Cheers Mark Quote
Pistonzed Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 There is a piece of foam on the inside. If you unscrew the plastic cover off the bottom of the wing mirror the piece that comes out should have a small strip of foam along the front edge. I guess that is what you're missing. Quote
