Andy350z Posted November 1, 2014 Share Posted November 1, 2014 In the Bradford/Leeds area? I have a 2004 350z with the bose head unit. I'm looking at upgrading the head unit for something a bit more modern and have read all about sound issues if the wiring is not done correctly. I'm also hopeless at taking dashboards apart and even worse with wiring... Therefore! Any recommendations for places to go in my area that know what they're doing and can be trusted to do this right? jimmy.farrow7 Posted November 1, 2014 Share Posted November 1, 2014 The centre console is pretty straight forward to take off. As with the head unit I removed my old single Din head unit, brought the correct wiring harness and connected my new double din sony one up job done. Im not sure about the wiring with the bose system whether or not you can by a wiring harness to put straight on that or you have to modify it as i brought my Zed with a single din.
