installing kenwood double din

Yeh it's on and fuse is fine

 

On the back I got a blue wire coming out is that meant to be connected to something?

 

On the back of what? the amp or head unit, the amp remote/turn on wire is usually blue or blue and white,

I presume you have it connected via phono and not line level? have you checked these and selected the appropriate setup from the HU menu?

Here is the install manual if you haven't got it, there is not a blue only wire, only a blue and white wire which is the turn on signal wire for and external amp, if this is not connected the amp wont turn on (unless you have wired the amp to be permanently on, which is not a good idea)
