leet8845 Posted August 29, 2014 Share Posted August 29, 2014 Hi, Looking for some more help I bought a PIONEER AVH-X2600BT and wired it in with this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141374464665 I noticed the speakers go in via RCA inputs and don't use the speaker wires. I wonder is the steering controls still work if I splice the stereo wires directly? it also has a black and yellow RCA lead but I'm not sure where to plug this as there are only red and white RCA inputs on the stereo. leet8845 Posted August 29, 2014 Author Share Posted August 29, 2014 yeah, i didnt realise that but then I found a wiring diagram that pointed it out. It's good bit of kit, can change tracks via steering controls which is connected to my phone's liary via bluetooth. Also uses the answer button on the steering to change the source of stereo.
