PPod Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 hi, i just bought my 350z yesterday and after purchasing the car wile driving home the + clip on the battery popped off and left my car completely dead. I must of left it for about 20 mins because at the time was trying to figure what the problem was and then my engine and airbag are now permanently on. So was wondering if anyone knows how to turn these lights back off as it really annoys me. Also i have a duel stainless steel exhaust and stainless cats and heard that sometime the engine light stays on when doing short journeys is this true ? thanks for any help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I believe the fault is usually the seat airbag connector - unclip spray with contact cleaner & replace, should ensure it doesn't come back on. Gudzy Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Search for pedal dance, you can read and clear the engine light by holding down pedals and turning the ignition on in certain intervals.
