iwanprice12 Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 I fitted this stereo to the Zed around 4 months ago, but it has bugged me since fitting that the radio reception/signal is pretty poor. Even for more 'general' radio stations such as the BBC stations give poor reception. I didn't have this problem when the original BOSE stereo set up was installed. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the poor signal through this stereo? The only plausible explanation I can think of is that the antenna connector is damaged or come loose from the back of the headunit? Would rather ask for suggestions before dismantling the interior again to get the headunit out! Thanks in advance! Quote
Mudman Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 The Zeds have an aerial amp not sure where it is but do a search on the site as this is a fairly regular question. Same thing happened to me although couldn't be arsed to mess about so got a pro to fix it Quote
