M13KYF Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 Fitted some silver indicator bulbs purchased from Chris @ funkystyling. Without the orange reflection in the headlights looks loads better. Fiddly to fit but not to bad. Took 15 mins for the first one to work out how and the 2nd was much quicker. Thick fingers makes it harder but it can be done and you don't have to remove the headlight. Excellent looking and cheap improvement. Quote
M13KYF Posted February 22, 2006 Author Posted February 22, 2006 Damm. Did it while the site was down and don't fancy doing the whole process again. Not that it was hard but a bit painful on the finger ends. Will take a pic of what it looks like though. Quote
Removed Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 got them in the garage, waiting for weather to get better and change wheels, so I'll do them then Quote
M13KYF Posted February 22, 2006 Author Posted February 22, 2006 Val, you don't have to take the wheels of to change the indicator bulbs Quote
Removed Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 yeah you do, to make it a really quick job, I go in from the wheel well plastic Quote

M13KYF Posted June 3, 2007 Author Posted June 3, 2007 no mine aren't bayonet type. Took me a bit longer to fit as I might have bigger hands. Quote
