kkong6 Posted June 4, 2014 Share Posted June 4, 2014 hi there all, I own a 05plate 350Z, when purchased it already had condensation in the drivers side rear taillight, after driving it around for 2 weeks i noticed the rear light starting to get dim each time I looked at a reflection or backing up to the drive, at last today its finally dead. Is this a result of the condensation? making the rear light fail? (the brake light still works) however the normal rear light doesnt work at all now. thinking to to try changing the bulb or would this just be a temporary fix? any advice is much appreciated! samsniss350z Posted June 4, 2014 Share Posted June 4, 2014 Chances are that the condensation has caused some of the connections to become rusty preventing a good connection. I'd tale the light out and see what conditions things are in as it might be as simple as giving the connections a quick rub over with some wet n dry.
