I think its a dodgy switch just wondered if anyone else is having or had the same issue. ross27 Posted May 27, 2014 Share Posted May 27, 2014 (edited) It was happening on mine the past few months, getting more and more obvious. I read up that it meant one of three things: Handbrake applied Low brake fluid ABS problem I believe mine is low fluid, coupled with pads which are all on the low side. ross27 Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 I had a squealing front pad, so i spent the time taking out the pads, checking/cleaning them and putting a bit of copper grease on the back of them. They are low, but not too bad. Anyway, i topped up the fluid, and the light is no longer coming on. And thankfully, the screeching has gone!!
