Alcantara/Suede Gear stick gaiter & Handrbrake cover

As above after a black alcantara type material gaiter for the gear stick, probably just black or grey stitching. Also after one for the handbrake but the reason I say cover rather than gaiter is that I'm after something similar to the one below (so a hard cover rather than loose gaiter). Does anyone know when I can get one? Preferably as a set.

 

Seen a few options on eBay, this looks like the closest thing to the above I can find (but its leather). Has anyone got one themselves?

I'd also quite like to get hold of a matching gear knob like the one below, any links for this?
