Aran20 Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 (edited) I've got an issue with my soft top where it's operation seems to be out of sequence, ie when opening, it opens in the normal manner until about half way open then you have to press close to open it the rest of the way... This is the same when closing. I probably caused the problem when I took the soft top motors (5th bow motor and the two side motors) to pieces to change the brushes and somehow put the motors back in thier wrong positionIs. Is there a way of resetting the whole sequence. Would and ECU reset do the trick? Any help would be greatly recieved. Keyser Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 That sounds like a strange one, Are there any switches on the bow's or near the motors - my guess and it is a complete guess is that it is signaling stages in the wrong order?
