Anyone know what size the exhaust bolts are and if they're the same size all the way till the y pipe bolts?

Hi and yep it'll be an after market system cat bk I'd be fitting

Use 10mm bolts for y pipe to centre and centre to rear box, the OE cats use a fine thread stud which use M10 x 1.25mm threaded nut and not the usual M10 x 1.5mm thread.
