The rubber perishes and the oil seeps out, if so its time to change the bush. Easily removed (with a press) we keep them on the shelf and can get them to you next day! They are £29.99 each Inc Vat Nissan UK will only supply the full arm @ over £295 and all is needed is the bush! So give get in touch if you are needing some!
