Which colour?

This is the shadow chrome I was after, you'll recognise it from Beamers all over. The reason he gave me a big price was it was a multi coat and colour, paint only finish, to get it as per BMW quality. These are some BMW wheels he happened to have in and he offered up to the car. I very nearly went for these and had the wheels off him too.

 

 

Another, darker, take on shadow chrome here. There are many variations.

 

 

But then I got over shadow chrome and got into Formula Silver.

 

 

 

But then I had a cobalt phase

 

 

Followed by a bronze phase, I really liked this, but was worried it might end up gold and look like a wannabe scooby.

 

 

Then I flirted with red, but once I got about half way through mocking up the pic, I decided I didn't like it, so not a great job on this pic.

 

 

Part of me wishes I was brave enough to go for the cobalt, I think that would rule, but I think I'm getting too Danny Glover, too old for that @*!#.

 

They are some lovely wheels there, I like the darker shadow chrome ones and the cobalt are sexy!

I dont think any sort of actual colour works, bronze, black etc excluded as they are not really a colour, unless it is offset by a decent polished lip
