Quick repair question.

Hi guys, I'm currently looking at buying myself a Zed and have found a reasonably priced one, however there's a bit of an issue with it. Just behind the drivers wheels underneath the door there is a fair sized dent. I'm just wondering if anyone had any expertise on repairing dents in this position and could give me an estimate on how much it would be to repair, if it's realistically repairable at all that is:

It's a plastic skirt, scrap it and buy a second hand one or pair for under £100

Perfect, I've yet to view it in person going to ring him and find sort out a test drive tomorrow!
