Drivers Window reset instructions- wind noise over 70mph

New to the zed world - Sorry I know this is on here somewhere, I can't find the link to some simple instructions? is it also easy to take the door cover off?

 

I also wondered if the window will go higher when you reset it or is it at the max when you hold the window switch up? as I think it could go another 3 or 4mm higher. I want to try this before buying a window/door seal as it seams to be worn! Cheers.
