TCS button not working, any ideas why?

Hey Guys/Gals,

I have a 2003 Zed Import and I'm pretty sure the TCS button doesn't work as the light doesn't come on below the rev counter. I really want to get this fixed as I'm not a fan of the traction control kicking in when it feel like. Its more fun know I have full control of the car and that the ECU isn't making choices for me.

So if anyone could help me out before I start searching all over the web to find answers from idiots, I'd much rather listen to guys that know what they are talking about.

Thank yoooooou

(I did post this in insurance as well by mistake as I am retarded)

Better option. Find a safe private piece of land and try to make the car do a doughnut, if you succeed the tcs is off but then there should be 2 lights on the rev counter. If you don't succeed the tcs is on and I'm better your button is fooked.

I will try and find a safe private piece of land, that did make chuckle but yeah think that is the best option. Could it only be the button then? if it is knackered

That end bit was supposed to read "and I'm betting the button it fooked"

It could be, I guess it depends on if the tcs is on it not
