I'm after a low mileage pre 06 car (cheaper tax).

Have a look a the Zeds for sale section, with that budget I'm sure you'll find a good example. I wouldn't get too hung up on the tax thing, if you pay an extra £100 for tax per year over 3 year ownership, it's not that much in the grand scheme of Z ownership. I find it funny when people boast about their brand new cars that cost £10K, but they only pay £20 tax a year. You lost £2K when you drove it off the forecourt silly
