For Sale - Renault Megane Coupe - Yellow!

My daughters 2002 Megane Coupe is up for sale. It's a cracking car and in great condition. 2 Lady owners from new and only 36k miles. Just had a full service and 2 new tyres.

It's the Fidji special edition so has the half leather, air con, alloys, CD etc. As it's a 1.4 16v it's very cheap to insure and very economical, i.e. 40 mpg around town.

First to see will buy. She's only selling as she needs a car to tow with.

See http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... &rd=1&rd=1

Oh and did I mention, it's yellow...

A bit off-topic, but who's idea was it to underline all of the text?

Its because Kev has just put in the URL rather than using the button URL?

Did it bother you that much? :D

No no noooo...sorry, didn't mean the link, I meant the text in the Ebay ad...:)

Just for reference I had to let mine go for £2200 when I sold mine

Don't tell her that. Her price seems OK considering it's a 2002 and very low mileage. She's open to offers.

Mine was five years old too when I sold it in Nov 05. It had 55k on it. My price started at £3500 also which is spooky. I got messed about loads and was desperate for the zed so I just let it go :surrender:

I would have though the 1.4 would sell better than the 2 litre as the car is then a cheap first car for someone.

She certainly can't afford to let it go for as low as £2.2k. She may as well trade it in as do that.

  • 2 weeks later...
SOLD for £3,300

She's already bought a 2005 Megane 1.9 dCi. A cracking buy privately a real bargain. One owner etc. and 1 years warranty left. Picked it up last night.

Nice one well done :D

Thanks mate. She was hoping for more but the new one was such a bargain price it didn't matter in the end. She would have been happy with a 2004 so a 2005 was a bonus.
