350z ball joint size/issue ?

ok so my front ball joints need changing on my 54plate 350z uk model, called up 1 company in coventry and they told me that there are 2 different sized ball joints for the 350z, 1 was to fit a 41mm base and the other they didnt know as they didnt have them in stock...so now im lost =_= tried searching online and couldnt really find anything...any help much appreciated~
