lowered/drop links?

So, I need drop links i think, as i've been getting that creaking noise particulally when first setting off from cold. My question is- I intend to lower the car with Tein or Eibach springs, do i need to get adjustable drop links or will the standard type be ok?

 

I did spends ages with the search button but I couldnt get a definate answer to my question...

but iirc - yes you need adjustable if lowering.

I'm guessing I could do with some of these. I get the creaking when reversing, especially whilst turning.

I'd like to get it lowered on Tein springs at some point though. Do lowered one's fit on standard too?
