When I was researching them though the offsets seem to cause problems, the +22's I'm sure some people have problems clearing the brembos on the front and the +12's will no doubt require some arch work to fit. I have this offset, and the fronts are pretty close the Brembo's but had no issues, and the rears depend on your tyre choice. I went 275, and had no issues what so ever. I run 245's on the front.
