Can you adjust car settings via diagnostic programs?

Just wondering if Nissan diagnostics programmes have access to this kind of stuff like BMW and Audi do, things like putting the light on when you lock the car, dipping the passenger side mirror when you select reverse, turning heated seats on when you unlock car etc.

 

Can the 350Z be played with like that?

I don't think so. I think cipher is your best bet though.

I was wondering this with regards to tilting on reverse. If the hardware is the same then it is more than likely just enabled/disabled in software I would have thought.

Nissan's Body Control System can be programmed for a few different function like Interior light time setting,wiper and door lock settings, but most of them very limited, not like German cars like BMW or Mercedes.
