Con rods and main bearings tightening torques??

Hi! Im having some issues finding con rods and main crank bearings bolts tightening torques. If anyone can help me, would be very grateful

Con rods I believe are the following...

Connecting rod cap bolts

Pre 2007... 18.6-20.6nm

Post 2007... 28.4nm

 

For the bolts...

Pre 2007... 24-28nm

2007... 35nm for bolts 1-16 but 22nm for bolts 17-26

2008+... 25nm for bolts 17-26
