K&N air filter element

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has used the K&N filter before as I'm looking at getting my 350 services and wanted to upgrade the air filter.

 

Was also going to ask if there is a certain oil I should use as I know some can better then others so any advise on this would be great.

Any fully synthetic 5w 30 oil will be fine, I prefer Motul, K&N, Cosworth drop in panel filters will both suffice, RT biscuit recommends another, the make of which escapes me at the mo

Not long put a drop in k&n in my 350 and all seems fine so far, thing I like about the drop in filters is that you can clean them and just re use so no more buying new all th time,

I've got a du-luck in mine from sumo power, very happy with it,they always do well in performance testing
