jim Posted March 30, 2007 Share Posted March 30, 2007 I have noted a lot of threads about getting seats re-upholstered, but I have a slightly different problem. My wife's car is a Honda CRV, and the driver's seat is causing her a lot of discomfort, mainly because it does not adjust for rake and it has no lateral support at all. We would ideally like to replace it with a more comfortable seat offering good lateral support. Alternatively, we would consider the option of getting the existing seat re-upholstered if additional support could be added to it in the process. Does anybody have any thoughts on the better approach, on the possibilities for alternative seats that would fit the car, and on the whereabouts of any companies worth trying for more information on this problem, preferably in central Scotland?
