Tyre stretch question

Different tyre brands give a different effect also....not to mention that rims can be not exactly the size they state, depending on wheel style.

 

You'd be hard pushed to notice the stretch difference between a 9" and 9.5" rim with same tyre.

Well thats an option too but i quite like the stretched look so would like to find out first
