door noisy over bumps

Hi Foklks

 

My 2005 has developed a "noisy" door over bumpy roads..it seems like its the door striker/latch connection. I know it seems obvious but do i just loosen and move the part thats on the pillar or is it the door part that needs moving. The door looks perfect ( from a gaps and alignment point of view)from outside . It does not appear to be anything in the door (glass etc)

Take the door card off and check all of the 10mm bolts

lube the rubber door bungs, just behind the outer handle, but on the inner door skin.
