I have had the car for about a month now, got in it today and noticed a couple of things, first the clutch biting point is right at the bottom of the pedal and I stalled it, also I thought that selecting the gears seemed a bit notchy, could this be related and do I have a serious problem, the car still has some warranty left on it

Have you checked clutch fluid? normal complaint is its too high!

Some people have commented that changing gearbox oil helps smoothness also.

Clutch low...usually a hydraulic system fault,in master or slave cylinder, which is confirmed if fluid is being lost.

Clutch high..worn out!

Either way, seems like a garage job,as already said.

Got in car at lunch, clutch pedal still at the floor and biting at the bottom, pulled the pedal up, pumped it and it's now back to normal, fluid level is still ok, could this be slave cylinder, thanks for all the replies

New Slave cyl + braided clutch line + new high temperature clutch fluid will fix your issue

All parts in stock and good to go same/next day

Drop me a PM if I can help you further
