removing washer covers on bumper

hi im taking my bumper (front) off sunday to take to the body shop for a respray.my problem is how do i get the washer covers off without breaking them. thanks zip

Pull them gently.

With front bumper insitu, carefully pull spring loaded covers away from front bumper and then carefully release 2 retaining lugs with small blade: Job Done:
