What is this part on the Euro 350z?

I haven't seen this piece on an aussie delivered car. I was wondering what it was and what buttons etc are attached to it.

Isn't the mic for Bluetooth inside that?

There are 2 bits either side of the done light, I think the smaller one is the bluetooth mic and the bigger one the movement sensor for the alarm....
