Dano190485 Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 hi ive been debating for a while about either getting some rotas or finichi firenze and have decided on the firenzes, but was wondering if some one could advise me on what tyres they use or would use with them and also give me a rough idea with a price as the company im getting the wheels from what silly money for tyres. would be really greatful for some advice. thanks all Quote
Neilp Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 What size of wheel as we can't tell a tyre size without knowing the wheel size and width? Tyres are expensive compared to wheels sometimes. Quote
MITZ@CougarStore Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Assuming they're the 19" version then in the past they've been fitted with Falken 245/35 and 275/35, what have you been quoted for both size and price... Quote
Dano190485 Posted March 6, 2012 Author Posted March 6, 2012 hi there 19 x 8.5 on the front and 19 9.5 on the rear Quote

marzman Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 You may need spacers in order to get them to fit over the brembos with those offsets... Quote
Dano190485 Posted March 7, 2012 Author Posted March 7, 2012 there 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 9.5 and 5 x 114.3 et35 the tyre im getting are avon zz3 245/35r19 on the front and 275/35r19 on the rear, what spacers do you think i will need to clear the brembos? Quote
Neilp Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Why not just buy wheels with the correct offset in the first place Quote
Dano190485 Posted March 7, 2012 Author Posted March 7, 2012 114.3 is correct which is the main thing surely Quote
Neilp Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 114.3 is correct which is the main thing surely that isnt the offset, thats the pcd. offset is important also as this will determine how the wheels sit. If you get the correct offset you wont need to run spacers Quote
Dano190485 Posted March 7, 2012 Author Posted March 7, 2012 but spacers wont cause any problems? will just mean more money. Quote
Neilp Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 but spacers wont cause any problems? will just mean more money. It just wont look as good, they will very noticeable with the bigger rims and the spokes having more spaces between them. Quote
Gudzy Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 I've just got some of these wheels which will be going on shortly. There is a photo of Taddy's from when his suspension was standard and without spacers here: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=44615&p=743470 Quote
