Shinjuku Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 I have a replacement pedal in my hand. I've been told changing it over is a 5 min job and I just have to unscrew something or other. However, I'm not technical and would prefer someone to tell me broadly how to do it rather than me just get in there and end up buggering it up. So - how do I do it. spursmaddave Posted March 3, 2012 Share Posted March 3, 2012 On the back of the pedal is a plastic clip holding the pedal to the lever and this will need to be unclipped with a flathead screwdriver then you can unhinge it and pull it right off. Insert the new rubber bushing into the new pedal and slid it into the hinge. Push the pedal back against the lever and latch it into place with the new plastic clip. If you look at the back of the new pedal you will see the bit where it slips on and the bit where it slides on or off. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
