Bockaaarck Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Mmm, that's a toughie, does it have to be Street? Wells has some good hotels b&b's and it's a 5 minute drive from Street. Bockaaarck Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 Ok, well there's a Travelodge on a roundabout between Glastonbury and Street, two minute drive from there to Street. We've stayed there during the Glastonbury Extravaganza weekend, clean, tidy but basic etc. You could try the The Crown in Wells, which is a pleasant and comfortable hotel, if not overly exclusive and a touch old fashioned. It does have a good pub / bar attached to it and its right in the centre. edit: The restaurant at The Crown is pretty good .
