Iwantone Posted February 10, 2012 Share Posted February 10, 2012 The night time ones are the ones by Meadowhell Retail Centre, a much loved local landmark, now sadly no more, and affectionately known locally as Salt & Pepper. I work within a mile of where they once stood. Any structural engineer worth his salt will not drive over that viaduct, iffy to say the least and they have never had all the lanes open like it was intended to be. Before our dear ex-pm, Maggie, that area was all heavy industry with a job for everyone who wanted one. Now it's jobs for shop assistants.
