Bought for my car but it turns out the knocking noise is from the ARB drop links - mine have plenty of life in them. Opened only for photo. £70 delivered for the pair, may sell individually. No, but it might stop knocks from the front suspension These fit the front "bannana" arms. "creaking" from suspension is normally anti roll bar drop links, which are a much easier and cheaper fix.
