Difference between the V1 and V2 sideskirts???

Hi Folks,

 

Just wondering what is the difference between the Nismo V1 and V2 sideskirts??

 

I can't see a difference in pictures.

 

Is there actually a difference, if so does anyone know what it is?

Think the skirts are the same mate, just the front bumper and spoiler thats different.

I didn't think there was any difference in the skirts but have never actually seen them side by side in the flesh.
