They will make sure that you get a properly divorced unit (the OEM radio is "mated" to the car and if it isn't "divorced" will not work in any other car) Aftermarket headunit not an option? I never had any problems with it in the 2-3 months it was fitted before I upgraded but I've never heard of having to 'divorce' it from the car. If there's something I need to do to it in order for it to work in other cars I'd be happy to refit it and 'divorce' It if you want it.
