Bought this early this year after seeing it in a show home but i can't fit it as it requires a brick line chimney which i dont have. I have decided against building one so it has to go. Cost £840 new when i got it.

 

Just done a search for the lowest price currently on the net and found £570

Just a tad bit of info to maybe help the sale, it does say it can go in a precast flue which a lot of newer (10yr+) houses have where fires are fitted so could be fitted as a straight swap.. Im a gas engineer.

We've been looking at these recently.

 

We have a proper brick chimney but because we have boarded the chimney breast out by an inch I don't think we could fit this unless there was a way of funnelling the flu up the chimney behind.

You should be able to make it work Just get someone in to look at th technical side to confirm.
