Do i have anything under my bonnet !?

Had the car a few weeks now and something's been bugging me .... i noticed this sticker under the bonnet and don't know if i actually have this or not !? Any suggestions as to how i can tell - as i've never had a look at a 'stock' engine bay so wouldn't know if there was a difference with mine or not !?

 

Anyway if any technical boffs can tell anything from these photos (or tell me what to look for) then that would be a great help

looks like its got or had a Nismo sports air cleaner element in, flip the clips on the air filter box and have a look

While you are in there, get the vacuum in and get all the bits of leaves out.

 

Dont try getting them out with the end of a wetted finger. It will take all day - I know.

will be "paper white" mate and have a little metal grille on one side. that'll be the S-Tune filter, don't think it's written anywhere
