Fitting spacers to front of GT zed.

I currently have my car on axle stands attempting to fit eibach spacers to the front of my zed.

 

I have done a search, but to no avail. On the front hub, there is a little bolt sticking out, i can only assume this is in place to stop the rear wheels being fitted to the front.

 

How do I proceed? much appreciated.
