Pimm Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 I like to keep my alloy's as clean as possible but I need new pads and relised they have a high dust rating. Are they that bad ? I know it is all about stopping power how do they compare to Ferodos as in brake dust ? Cheers Quote
BulletMagnet Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 I have Endless SSS pads and don't really suffer much brakedust. Sarah stocks them AFAIK Quote
Neilp Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 my yellowstuff pads are fine, i dont see a difference from the standard brembos... much more stopping power though.... they were a little dusty at first when breaking them in but apart from that they have been awesome Quote
bronzee Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Yellow Stuff is less dusty than stock pads, but marginally more dusty than Ferodo's. Yellow's stop well, whether it be for spirited driving or a bit of tracking. But if you're doing a fair bit of tracking, would go to the Ferodo's. If you're deciding between the two. You can always keep your rims well waxed and that helps make them easy to wash for those clean freaks amongst us. Quote
