Gibby Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 I'm going to take the front black reg plate holder off! Is this an easy one? I know it leaves 2 holes as I've read on a previous thread! Thanks Quote
tez162003 Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 unscrew number plate, unscrew the 2 screws holding the plate holder on, take off to leave 2 holes and 2 screw fixings Quote
Gibby Posted June 22, 2010 Author Posted June 22, 2010 Cheers going to do this at the wknd amongst other jobs! Quote
mattbowey Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 i had bother with the screws holding the bracket in place, well the clips within the bumper actually. one of them broke and the other one pushed into the bumper when i tried to screw it back on. so be gentle with them Quote
adammitch69 Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 I had to pull it off gently til it broke as the screw head threaded. easy enough though. where are you mounting your plate once its off??? Quote
yokomo Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 looks good , mines a simalar afair wiht the plate not mouting taped in place and the orignal bolts moved to the holes that used to hold the bracket. not gone but looks much better than the big hump it has stock. Quote
