trackpig Posted May 23, 2010 Share Posted May 23, 2010 Hi all, I took part on a trackday at Croft on Saturday. It was one of the new 88db days. I had the 350z (totally standard) noise tested before paying for the day, it came though at 77db which I was surprised at. A couple of my friends took their e36 m3 down (some kind of induction kit fitted) which came out at 84db. It turned out to be a very good day and makes a nice change from the usual trek we make to other locations. 88db is not that low if your car is standard in the intake/exhaust department. andlid Posted May 23, 2010 Share Posted May 23, 2010 Errh.. the red line is around 6500rpm well standard it revs to 6800 and as you say yours is standard and they should only do 3/4 of revving then it should be no more then its 5100, still think thats alot...
