Its a nice idea, but if the case is lost, something will change no doubt - there is way too much revenue riding on it

True, but the basic premise is, if the case is lost you'll not be obliged by law to inform who was driving.

 

We can but live in hope :)

Slightly OT. You know the bit in TOkyo drift about Speed limits?

 

That if you could do more than 190kmph then the police dont bother trying to catch you? Is that real or just a film thing? Silly question i know, but just saw film and kinda curious ;)
