Does any one know what these are.....

Whilst cleaning my car yesterday, I found two screw on caps on my battery cover tray. One marked "H" and one marked "L".

 

Can someone please tell me what they are for........ being that I am a non technical technical

 

I cant find anything in the manual about them.

 

And does it matter that they were not attached? My guess is something to do with the aircon?

 

I have marked the area where they go on this pic, you can just see the black cap "H"

Hmm I don't think Ihave that on mine, If i were to hazard a guess I would say they are High/Low vents for something. Any closer pics?

You can see the two caps, the "L" is on the vertical pipe to the left of "H"

That's what I thought, since the garage serviced the air con its been rubbish, so I want to know if not having these caps is the reason..... if so I will going back to

They're the a/c caps. They should be on but shouldn't really hav an effect. When servicing a/c the gas shouldn't be touched. Only the coils cleaned and filters cleaned. Chances are they have probably over gased the system, common but potentially fatal to the compressor.

It's the Air-con refill and pressure test port.
