lowering springs 30mm

prob already here but just a quick one. will 30mm springs on standard shocks be ok with 19" rota gtrs. no rubbing etc

You'll prolly have to get some rear camber arms and bolts and front A-arms for camber adjustment

is it a major issue if it was just standard with a 30mm drop. and will it rub with the gtr 19"

Prolly depends more on the offset whether you will rub or not.

If you fill the arches to the edge, then you might rub, you might not, best ask the forum low-riders, hehe

they are an et20 offset 19" rota gtr

I'd have thought et20 would be ok.

 

A lot depends on tyre type too! Different tyres have different physical sizes. I'd give it a go...

As Stew says, should be fine, give it a go. But budget for camber/toe bolts and possibly A-arms and camber arms, so if you do need them its not a shock.

also been considering teins with 17mm drop front and 14mm rear anyone have them fitted. do they make much difference to the look. and the tyres are 245/35 front and 275/35 rear

Ive run 30mm springs on et15 19" wheels with 245 35 tyres and there was loads of room no issues at all

as said above budget for the arms and camber. in the long-run it'll probably work out cheaper to get them done
