How do i get to the clock face

How do i get to the clock face to remove some black tape that has been stuck over the air bag light? Its obviously been put there to stop the warning light from showing. I want to see if i can do a reset.

Have not got the answer to your post.

 

But check the wireing blocks under the seats as these are sometimes the reason for it.

 

It was on mine.
