UNABASHED Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 My 03 JDM is coming up for service in the next month and I wondered if anyone knew of a good place for servicing in or around Leeds? When I had my last car I always used to use TDi-North as I much preffered to take it to a specialist as opposed to a main dealer. Nissan have quoted me around £239 (P2 service) with me supplying my own oil, I don't mind that price as such but I don't want top pay extra just for a dealer stamp - especially as it doesn't have FNSH anyway. UNABASHED Posted September 3, 2009 Author Share Posted September 3, 2009 ok I guess not many people on here from Leeds then If I don't get serviced by Nissan (not much point as there is no Nissan stamp in my service book at all!) will most garages or service centre's still follow the same checks as Nissan would or would they just use a generic check list? I've seen a company - http://www.servicingstop.co.uk/index.html - that pick your car up and drop it back for you (actually saw them on Dragon's Den ) and they can do it for a full service for around same as dealer will do a P2 service. Aren;t RS Tuning in Leeds? I was under the assumption they just did rolling road and ECU tuning/chipping - nothing about servicing on there website? Yeah mate they did all the work on my engine bay and changed my brakes. They do service zeds aswell,saw a couple in there while I have been waiting for mine.
