Wrong oil used in my service?

Recently had a dealer service and they have used a semi synthetic oil.

 

This correct for a zed?

Iirc Nissan normally use a mineral oil or they did. A semi-synthetic if its is the correct grade will be fine though many members now supply their own oil for servicing and most will use a fully synthetic like Silkolene Pro-s or Amsoil.

In my experience Dealers use 1 oil for diesels and 1 for petrol cars! This was the gripe I had with my Rex !! semi synthetic is fine

In my experience with the Nissan main dealers that i worked in they only used 10w40 semi synthetic throughout the range as it was too expensive to bulk stock different oils, they even use it in the Navara D40's that strictly have to have 5w30 low ash oil! Quality main dealers!
